  Tilt-a-Rack Powersport Carriers are designed for transporting most motor scooters, motocross bikes, Vespas, and small motorcycles, with the exception of the Honda Reflex/Helix scooters. Each Tilt-a-Rack Powersport Carrier is designed to work with a 2" Class III/IV vehicle hitch receiver only. For easy loading, these powersport racks tilt on an angle for access without the need for ramps. For vehicles further off the ground, the Tilt-a-Rack Powersport carrier features a built-in deck extender to reduce loading incline. Features integrated tie-down points for securing loads, and a locking mechanism to keep the carrier locked in a level position for safety. All aluminum construction, built to last. Works with most vehicles including some smaller SUV models. Registered Patent#7,841,821
